Photography Lectures and Large Classes –  After a long career involving public speaking, I am always happy to speak to an interested audience. Talks about photography are a good way to help a large number of people at once. I try to cover aspects of photography which are accessible to as wide a group as possible – from phone users to owners of professional cameras.

Sometimes talks are part of a larger programme of events, as an effort to engage with the local community on multiple levels. I am happy to work with you, your organisation or church, to make the content as relevant as possible to the people you want to invite.

Occasionally I have given talks alongside exhibitions of my work – in homes and halls of various sizes. Selling prints of my photographs used to be a big part of my work, and is still important to me.

As well as talks about photography, I have also given lectures on photographing Brazil, specific European cities and journeys and British hill walking.
