Who am I?
I am a freelance, general interest photographer based in Bromley, Kent/South East London. I was previously based in Camberwell SE5 where I retain many links and continue to work as a photographer on a regular basis.
General interest means just that: I enjoy and can bring my skills to bear on a wide variety of photography. From star-scapes to the human face, countryside and the sea to factory processes, I enjoy taking photographs. Over the years the parts of that from which I have made a living have tended to be in weddings and commercial shoots, but on my days off you will generally still find me with a camera near by, if not in my hand.
That also means that I am ready to take your challenge on. The words, “we aren’t quite sure how to get a good photo of it” are music to my ears. If the project is a bit odd or different, I will be happy to go for it. And always with the commitment that, if I can’t get a good photo of it, I won’t charge you!
Getting on down… to get the shot of the flowers over the church door!
Based in Bromley doesn’t mean stuck in Bromley. I work on the basis of going to my client – whether here, in Camberwell where I lived until recently, across London and the South East or further afield as needed. I come to you, shoot for you, deliver to you!
I work for myself, as a sole trader. That allows me the freedom to shoot what I want and how I want, to some degree. I charge real money (I make a living at this) but also recognise that circumstances vary greatly. I am always keen to help if I can, so please don’t be scared to contact me and to talk about what you need before we talk about your available budget.
