Professional Wedding Photography with a Personal Touch
The Wedding of Paul and Lizette
Photographers: Andrew and Sarah
Location: Wedding and reception at William Booth College, Salvation Army’s Training College in Camberwell, South London.
What happens when a Scot marries a Congolese? When the Scot was raised in Paris and speaks fluent French, and when the girl from the Congo is as culturally fluent, this is what happens. Kilts and African dresses. A ceilidh alternating with a Congo disco. Joy and laughter and dancing all the way! A fabulous day – a privilege to be there, let alone photograph.
We have photographed a number of Sarah’s students’ weddings. A good number of them have been at the College itself. This was a cracker. We worked right through the day – from the bridal preparations right through and well into the dancing.
In the photo selection here I have concentrated on the bride’s preparations and the dancing. There were many groups, and loads of individual shots of guests. We delivered more than 700 good edits! It was a lovely day, and hard to take a bad picture.
My favourite wedding photography shot of the day? I love this little lad, totally confident, out front, leading the dancing in one of the most vibrant weddings we have ever photographed.

Thank you, Paul and Lizette, for asking us to be your wedding photographers!
